In August 2020, protesting Belarusians began arriving in Lithuania through a humanitarian corridor organized by the Lithuanian state. Dapamoga responded by providing assistance with accompaniment, accommodation, and adaptation. For the first time in the Belarusian volunteer movement, a mentorship institute was established. A humanitarian warehouse for first aid was also set up. On September 7, 2020, Dapamoga was officially registered in Lithuania.
On September 9, 2021, the Belarusian Help Center — Zamok — opened its doors in Vilnius, housing about 20 people at a time.
On February 22, 2022, VŠĮ Dapamoga LT was established as a legal entity for further organizational development.
Dapamoga became involved in providing aid to Ukraine and Belarusian volunteers fighting in Ukraine.
Dapamoga decided to expand its range of assistance and began developing rehabilitation programs. On April 1, 2026, the first pilot project was launched — a retreat for women, former political prisoners who had served time in penal colonies.
