By accessing and using the Dapamoga platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
Dapamoga ID is your identity on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Authentication is provided through third-party services (Google, Lithuanian banks, Smart ID). Dapamoga staff may manually confirm your community membership to grant access to restricted services.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes — accessing services, participating in the community, and supporting the mission of Dapamoga. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the organization.
Limitation of Liability
Dapamoga provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the content. Dapamoga shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
Dapamoga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
